The School offers world-class teaching and research facilities.
The School’s distributed facilities are located at the UBC Point Grey campus and the Vancouver Island Tech Park (VITP). At both sites, the facilities include state-of-the-art teaching and research labs, seminar rooms for group work, and ample student study space. Video-conferencing technology is used to deliver the distributed SLP program to VITP, which allows instructors and students to interact in real-time at multiple locations. Whether a research lab is located at the Point Grey or VITP site, students have equal access to thesis and project opportunities.
