Coursework Expected

Successful applicants to the Audiology M.Sc. Program come from a wide variety of undergraduate backgrounds and majors, and hold either a B.A. or B.Sc. degree from an accredited university. Typical majors include linguistics, psychology, engineering, biological sciences, or neuroscience. It is expected that students have completed the required prerequisite coursework in six content areas, as well as upper level coursework in a field fundamental to human communication.

GPA Requirements

The School requires a minimum overall average in the B+ range (76% at UBC) in third- and fourth-year courses OR academic standing with at least 12 credits of third- or fourth-year courses in the A grade range (80% or higher at UBC) in the field of study.
