The Rotary Club of Vancouver donated a substantial amount of funding to our School over the last two years. These funds were crucial for the establishment of the Clinical Speech Technology Teaching Lab (named after the Rotary Club of Vancouver and its Rotary Hearing Foundation) as well as for the purchase of much needed equipment for the Audiology Teaching Lab.
On February 5th over 20 members of the Club came to our School to have first-hand experience about the use of the Rotary-funded equipment for learn to carry out clinical practice with clients.
The event was a great success! Rotary members were truly delighted to be here, and to see how the funding donated by the Club and the Foundation has been used to enhance student learning in our MSc program.
Thank you very much to everyone who put in time and effort to make this event successful. Photos are now online!
