The School of Audiology and Speech Sciences has the honour of once more running the Healthy Hearing program at the BC Special Olympics winter Healthy Athlete event. This will take place on Saturday, Feb. 19 from 10 am to 3 pm at Notre Dame Secondary School in East Vancouver.
This is a very exciting day of interprofessional collaboration in aid of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
First year Audiology students will be providing hearing screenings all day, and other interested students and staff are welcome to attend and help. Please let Sharon Adelman know by this Friday if you are interested and can commit to the full or a half day, or if you would like more information.
