Shannon Osmond receives awards from the UBC College of Health Disciplines and from the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation

MSc student Shannon Osmond received a Harold F. and Anne Bedner Uphill scholarship from UBC College of Health Disciplines, in recognition of her commitment to the enhancement of Aboriginal community health. This award recognizes Shannon’s work in her communities in BC and in Manitoba. For the third year in a row, Shannon also received a Health Careers Bursary from the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation. Well done Shannon! We are very proud of you!
