School of Audiology & Speech Sciences Leadership

There has been a change in leadership at the School of Audiology and Speech Sciences (SASS); while Dr. Jeff Small is temporarily away from the Director role, Drs. Dr. Ciocca is a professor at the School of Audiology and Speech Sciences, and previously served as director of the School from 2007 to 2017. His research expertise includes the perceptual and acoustic analyses of speech produced by speakers with and without communication disorders, the perception and production of lexical tones, and auditory scene analysis. Dr. Ciocca is also the Chair of the Board of the Council for Accreditation of Canadian University Programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
