Dr. Stacey Skoretz is presenting a one day workshop entitled “New Directions and Innovations in Swallowing” at Vancouver General Hospital on Saturday 27 October, 2018.
This interprofessional one-day workshop will focus on new directions and innovations, which revisit foundations in swallowing and related areas. Attendees will participate in hands-on, active learning modules that use cross-systems perspectives on swallowing while interacting with novel technologies and approaches. These modules will be grounded by short, didactic large group sessions, followed by small group work.
